I accept debit, credit and e-transfer and all treatment invoices will be emailed. =================================================== RATES 30 Minutes - 70 + HST = 79.10 45 Minutes - 90 + HST = 101.70 60 Minutes - 110 + HST = 124.30 90 Minutes - 150 + HST = 169.50 ============== WEATHER POLICY ============== As weather alerts are often provided well in advance, we respectfully ask that you plan ahead and provide me with as much notice as possible to reschedule your appointment. In cases where inclimate weather conditions have been forecasted, any last-minute cancellations that are attributed to poor conditions, will be subject to our standard cancellation policy, and charges may be incurred. By adhering to this policy, we aim to maintain the highest standards of service while prioritizing the safety of our clients and therapists. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. BOOKING INFO / CREDIT CARD ON FILE ============================ A valid credit card (or visa debit card) is required to secure the appointment you've made a commitment to. We will also be asking for CC info if you call to book. Please have your card info ready. The card WILL NOT be charged unless there is a violation of the cancellation policy. (CC info is stored securely with a PCI compliant processing company). I have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for no shows and late cancellations. Please notify us ASAP if you can't make your scheduled appt. ==================== CANCELLATION POLICY ==================== The cancellation policy is not intended to be a punishment, it’s a way to protect my most valuable resource - my time. The policy is simple: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or you haven’t notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a missed appointment fee (equal to the full cost of the treatment booked). The fee will be waived if you can find someone to come in your place. If this occurs, please inform us so we can schedule them in and send any necessary forms they may need to fill out.
